Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all office chair orders within the continental U.S.

  • Shipping fees for accessories or smaller items are calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited or express options are available for an additional charge.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of any damage for faster resolution.


Assembly

Most office chairs are shipped partially assembled and include clear instructions and tools for easy setup. Some models may offer professional assembly service for an additional fee (availability varies by location).
