Refund & Returns Policy

At Elite Office Chairs, we stand behind the quality of our office chairs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy, we make returns and refunds as easy and transparent as possible.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The chair must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All original parts, manuals, and hardware must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@eliteofficechairs.com or call +1 (973) 344-4146 to begin the return process.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and provide detailed instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and clearly label it with your RA Number.

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or assembled chairs

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Defective Items

If your chair arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll quickly resolve the problem with a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned chairs that are opened or show signs of assembly.
